License plate relocation - $cheap$
Has anybody used this product to relocate their license plate
license plate mount
It seems a cheaper way to go to relocate the plate to under the taillight without having to change the turn signal bar like you have to do with the one from harley or kuryakyn . What do you guys think?

I put one on last winter. Really cleans up the rear of a RK. It's not listed as fitting the Road King but all you have to do is to use a rat tail file to elongate the two mounting holes a bit. I also added a laydown tail light lense to complete the job.

If you use this mount, how do you get the light to shine on it?

They usually require tweaking the tabs and wallowing out the holes to get it to line up nice on the fender. This is info from other folks that have used it on other boards when I was looking at it.
For mine, I just bought the Tail lens with the light positioned below it from J&P for 26 bucks, removed the Light bar, drilled new holes in my license plate itself and then bolted the license plate between the light bar and the fender. This allowed me to put a slight curve in the plate and have it follow the lines of the fender exactly.
It came out looking very good, and cost 26 bucks... Works for me...
