I have a 2002 Sportster Sport that I put HD passing lights on. I wanted the added lights for better visability to other vehicles. I think they look good on the bike and they sure help at night. The lights have 'smoked' lens as do the turn signals.

I used the HD module to turn the rear turn signals into brake lamps. Works great and comes with red lenses.

I put the new module on that turns the rear signal lights into turn signal/running lights/ stop lights - much greater visibility at night, very inexpensive, and easy to install.

I was wondering what make those lights are also. I've been interested in the idea of increasing my front visibility with a couple extra lights as well. In addition it just seems like a decent idea to have redundancy there in case a bulb burns out on you in the middle of riding at night.

Tralfaz you alreay have redundancy in the fact that your headlamp has twin filaments. Just a tip here, but if your headlight ever goes and you are on the road just flick over to your high beams and give your head light a few knocks to lower it so you dont **** off oncoming traffic.

I agree with all of you though, thats a sweet sporty and some nice aux lights.

Thanks to all on the compliments. The lights are HD stock they are in the catalog and also fit the Soft tail line I think. I did not install them myself. I read the instructions several times and between dealing with electrical systems and taking off the tank I decided to let the pros handle it. As I recall about 225.00 for the lights and another 100.00 or so for the install. Pricey but it's about all I had to do to this bike.

The pipes are Screaming Eagle side baloney cut. The Sportster Sport came with black pipes so just the mufflers were changed out(along with an SE air cleaner). The Sport Model came from the factory with two sparkplug per cylinder, hot cam, performance ignition as well as fully adjustable suspension. Also twin front brakes!!

Thanks again for the nice comments on this bike, unfortunatly I have to sell it. I have an 05 Roadking I spend most of my riding time on that now.

The sporty is listed on this forum in Motorcyles for Sale. It's not an easy decision to sell it but...
