Road King Classic Vrs. Yamaha Road Star Midnight Silverado
A buddy of mine loving my King does the most stupid thing. He buy the Road Star Midnight Silverado. I am telling him that the HD has a better resale, specs and everything else. Now I need to prove it. Anyone have any links or input to use for this dim-witted HD “want to be”?

You could have fun with this for a while and keep telling him how he should have bought a Harley or you could be nice and just ride with him. I would have some fun for a while and after he get's tired of hearing it he might just buy a Harley.....Have Fun.

My best friend also has a Yamaha. It's a very nice bike. It has nice lines, it runs good and it sounds good. It's not a Harley. He wishes it was though. I'm riding to Sturgis with him and glad too. Not everyone who wants a HD can have one. Maybe someday our buddies will be able to get their HD's, until then I'm just gonna ride with my bud when I can.

I don't care what others ride. I care what I ride. I rode a Honda for years, now I'm fortunate enough to be able to ride an EG. I say don't spoil his new toy for him. It's his toy, and his life. Ride and be glad you have someone to ride with.

I ride a Harley, but I can't stand Harley riders who put down other bikes! Not everyone who wants to own a Harley can. Heck, my best friend would love to be able to afford any bike, but in this rotten economy, he just can't right now. In my opinion, you should just be glad your friend has a bike, so you can ride with him. Don't be a jerk, and put him and his ride down. Instead, show him how cool Harley riders are, and then maybe someday, he too will want a Harley. If not, who cares, just ride!
