Default Advice on Fat Boy saddle bags

I am looking at getting some saddle bags for my FB but don't know what to get.
I wan't to get the biggest size bag I can but I also want a detachable bag.
I have already installed the turn signal relocater kit to make room for my detachable backrest.
Also running V&H BBS.
Does anyone have any advice on what to get or any pictures of them on (and off) a bike?

Thanks,

Here's my Fat Boy with the manufacturers Harley Fat boy bags. I am going out to the garage in a few minutes to put on a set of barebacks. That's a quick de-tach system. If you want me to, I'll let you know how that goes and send along some pics when I am done.

Can't recall what BBS stands for but assuming they're low enough exhaust you can run larger bags.
I can tell you what I do NOT recommend due to size is the hard leather H-D bags. Although the quality is good and the lockable lids is a great thing. (see my gallery). They're too small.

I'm going to eventually go with the biggest dang set of bags I can get from Leatherneck Jim.. Looks like good pricing, leather or pleather, and naked backing for using your choice of bracket or detach system.. I'm using barebacks by cycle visions.. Like 'em sofar. I'd look at his "grand canyon" bags.. You can have a choice of with or without any studs.. just plain piping if you like.

Here are the ones I have in mind for my bike.

Nice prices too.

If you get them or anyone else.. I'd love to hear what you think.

Don't panic if they're very very very sticky at first and don't want to go on.. They wear in a little bit and eventually should slide into place.. a little dab of grease helps at first and just make sure they're fairly well aligned up / down on the saddlebag.

Niiiiiice!

Oh yeah, with those pipes you should be able to fit any big ole' whopper saddlebags on there.. They're as low as stock heritage pipes, so you can fit big bags. I dig your paint color.. Nice bike.
