Default wiped out

well on 3/25/08 I was on my way to work and in the HOV lane on 635 and some old man was going the wrong way and well i wiped out missing him. Let me explain this some they just opened this new part of the HOV and installed these plastic post with rubber bases and i run over them to misse the guy and lost control of the bike. Broke my leg and laid me up in bed for at least six weeks. I am so pissed it messed up my bike but its still fixable. I just hope i dont lose everything cause I cant work. If anyone out there can lend a guy a hand drop me a pm. I have not really looked at the bike yet so dont know what all I will be needing for that but I am more concerned about loseing my house truck bike ect. Well at least I am alive. Watch out for the people who are going the wrong way down one way areas.

Sorry to hear about your encounter with a moron. I'm glad for you that it wasn't worse. What do you do for work? Maybe the boss can find something you can do while sitting? Be sure to post a list of parts you need for the bike.

A very big +1. Get rested up soon man. May want to check up on insurance laws. I'm sure there is a clause somewhere to protect you in the event you can't work by providing money.

Ratt, I have some OEM shocks off my '06 Bob I'll give you, if you need 'em for a rebuild. I may have front fork lowers to donate, soon, but that depends on a buildout Howard at Motorcyclemetal.com is working on to put dual front brakes on my StreetBob. Let us know what you need. Jay Risk

One thing is contact your creditors and explain your situation. If you're expected to recover fully and be able to go back to work within a few months they'll likely take interest only payments for a limited time.
