Check out Custom Chrome www.customchrome.com . I think their part number 643891 may be what you're looking for. I'm getting ready to do the same thing and this is one of the options I'm considering. Good luck.

Same difference.

Hacksaw and some plastic plugs work just as well. Gives it that "custom" look.

I think I'm going to go cut my front forks off now. Go with the Ultra-rickshaw look for awhile.
