I just went with the OEM type Dunlop
Sorry Ventura Chop. I originally posted this in response to your post. i reread yours and I don't think I answered your question.
The tire that was on the bile is sold with the rest of the wheel.
I do still have a good OEM Bob 19" Dunlop tire, if thats what you are asking.

Instead of using my existing hub (which would have made my old wheel worthless and gave me down time of the bike), I found a forum member who had a bent rim. I purchased it for $50.00 with the intent of just using that hub on the new wheel build. (Make sure if you find a hub, you get one for the correct size axle). When the rim arrived, I discovered the tire and rotor were included and both in very good shape. I used the floating rotor on my bike. The rotor and hub cleaned up to look like new. I hope to sell my original rotor for about $25.00 and the tire for $25.00. I have already sold my take-off wheel for $150.00 plus shipping to a forum member. Using the hub from the purchased bent rim allowed me to recoop $150.00 to $200.00 of the cost making this a pretty reasonably priced mod. I laced the hub to teh rim myself, which saved even more money. I used the steps as outlined in the service manual.

Hope to sell rotor and tire - 50.00
which came with spare hub
Total out of pocket ended up being about $190.00 including shipping charges of parts.
