It didn't leak. Well, yesterday, it cured itself of that problem......
Looks to be coming from the oil sending unit up front.
Now I consider it a real Sporty

My previous ones leaked some. It's the nature of the beast. There's just something non american about not ever having to add oil.
It was one of the traits of my metric that I absolutley hated..... you never had to do anything to the darn thing.

Funny I've never had to add oil to my sportster due to a leak... with the exception of the primary. That was fixed post haste! does that make mine a metric?

Mine never leaked oil but it sure as hell drank it happily, like a punk with a bag full of dicks.

Yeah mine uses some oil, but it doesn't leak.

Mine has never leaked a drop. Even after the conversion. (Knock on wood...)

No BT, yer's definatley isn't a metric.
The original post was just statement on how much I love a Harley's character, and how much I actually missed it. Last one I had was almost 10 years ago now, and each time I ride my 883 I'm starting to wonder more and more on whyI didn't stick with them.
