Default Tour Pak Relocator

I have a Kuryakyn tour pak relocator installed on my 07 Ultra Classic.

I still don't have quite enough room for the wife along with the driver backrest.

I have the factory adjustment back as far as it will go.

Is there any way to get the wife a little more roomon the back seat?

Dieting is probably not an option.

I know there is a relocator by George Anderson. Has anyone tried using both the Kuryakyn and George Anderson modelat the same time?

I have the George Anderson. Very nice built unit. Gives you either a 1 1/4" or 2 1/2" adjustment. My stock tour pak was in the farthest setting and wife was cramped. Put this unit on with the 2 1/2" adjustment and now she has plenty of room. I have not use the Kury but after researching relocators, George's came highly recommended.

I just bought and installed the George Anderson Tourpak Relocator last week. Took my wife on a 250 mile trip Saturday and she loved it. She said that she loved it...plenty of room.

I highly recomend it and so does my wife!

I'd like to see a link to this George Anderson relocator as well. My dad just bought a '08 Ultra and is looking to put the Kuryakyn Tour Pak Relocator on it. If the George Anderson set up is around the same price and gives another 1/2 inch more, he might would go with that. That brings up another question.....How much is the George Anderson relocator?

I found a post from back in March by jbhawley that gives all the information for George Anderson. This is what he posted:

Decided to put all of the info for George Anderson's TourPak Relocator kit on one page. I am not associated w/ Mr. Anderson. But it took me reading 10 different posting to get this information adn figured that was way too much trouble for such a good product. I don't thike he has a web site but give him a call. He is a super person to deal with. I think also, he accepts checks or money orders only.

He makes a tour-pak relocation kit that is allot better then anything else out there, and a lot easier to install. It is a black steel plate that goes between the stock mounting "u-tube" and the tourpak. It bolts to the tourpak, and then has 2 sets of bolt holes that goes to the "u-tube". That allows you to choose between 1 1/4" or 2 1/2" movement back from stock. The edges are polished, and it comes with all bolts needed and instructions. It allows you to use the stock position (remove George's kit, 10 bolts out, 5 bolts in), or swich between 1.25" back and 2.5" back by removing 5 bolts and putting them back in at the new location. This can be useful if you ever expect to ride with different passengers. This can also be used with the detachable tour pak kit from HD.Cost around $100 delivered.

I think I'll point my dad to this kit and see if he'd like to go with it over the Kuryakyn setup.
