Unique Build

By now, it certainly seems like we've seen everything there is to see in the custom motorcycle world, given how long it's been around and how many shops there are out there cranking out numerous examples day in and day out. However, we continue to see unique builds that keep on stretching the proverbial envelope of what's possible, and that certainly applies to this - a naked Harley-Davidson Low Rider S from the folks at Bundnerbike.

Simple Concept

As is the case with any naked bike, the concept here is quite simple - take off everything that isn't needed in the name of saving weight, and then add some modifications to the mix to make it even cooler. In that sense, Bundnerbike didn't have to go far to secure the parts it needed to make that happen, as most of the goods present on this build came from its own shelves.

In House Parts

That list starts with Bundnerbike's headlight mask, 3D Tank, front fender, tubular frame rear fender with LED lighting, a number plate with an LED light, a custom seat, 3D mirrors, handlebars, recessed and keyless gas cap, and CNC footrests.

Special Touches

From there, some more custom parts were added including an adjustable CNC lever for the front brake, one-off throttle and clutch cable handles, and a CNC brake fluid container. It's all complemented by a unique Carrosserie-Ludwig pearl blue paint job, which is accented by painted 120 years logos.

Minor Upgrade

As for the performance of this Low Rider S, Bundnerbike left the stock powertrain alone, save for the addition of a Jekyll & Hyde 2-in-1 flap exhaust system. However, the shop did add a bevy of suspension upgrades designed to make this cruiser perform more like the street machine it looks like following its transformation.

Stop and Turn

Those upgrades consist of a full Ohlins front suspension and rear shock absorber, along with a Brembo braking system that consists of a four-piston caliper and 320mm disc up front, along with a two-piston caliper and 320mm disc in the rear as well.

Making a Case

Add it all together, and you've got one of the cooler Low Rider S builds we've come across in some time - and most certainly, one of the most unique. Harley has thus far avoided the street bike market after testing us with the Bronx Streetfighter, but as we can see here, there's certainly a case to be made for such a machine.
