Road Glide Special Gets Two-Tone Patriotic Paint Cuz 'Merica!
Pair of patriotic paint options join Harley's Eagle Eye Special Edition for the new Road Glide Special.
Patriotic Options
Harley is on a roll with special edition paint jobs for its latest and greatest Road Glide Special lately. Just a few weeks ago, we were introduced to the Eagle Eye Special Edition, which wears a very unique, custom paint job. And now, H-D is rolling out a pair of new, patriotic custom paint jobs for its slick touring bike.

Choose One
Customers can choose between Billiard Red/Stone Washed White or Billiard Blue/Stone Washed White, both of which feature the "Number One" logo in red and blue on the fuel tank, along with an H-D script logo over the secondary color on the lower saddlebags.

Capped Off
The look is capped off with a wide stripe in the secondary color down the center of the front fender and the fairing. Saddlebag latches are color-matched as well. Harley fans will undoubtedly notice that the fuel tank design is similar to the newest CVO models, too.

Factory Custom
"Factory installation offers the customer an attainable custom paint option that eliminates the need to either re-paint the original components or install an accessory paint set that leaves take-off painted parts on the shop floor," Harley-Davidson said. "The Special Edition Two-Tone Paint options meet demanding Harley-Davidson standards for quality and durability, and are backed by the limited Harley-Davidson warranty.”

Pricier, But Rarer
The 2020 Road Glide Special model with one of these Special Edition Two-Tone Paint options will set you back $29,699, which is $1,900 more than the Road Glide Special base price with a standard solid color. But Harley is limiting each color combo to just 750 units. So if you dig the look, you'll probably want to grab yours soon!
