Water Hog

In recent years, more and more outfits are creating unique water vessels that look like sports cars, yet are really nothing more than jet skis underneath. The main reason for this trend is the fact that touristy rental places have found that folks tend to gravitate toward them, which obviously results in more revenue. Thus, it stands to reason that this Harley-Davidson jet ski is going to turn its fair share of heads, too.

Not Quite Real

The folks that created this Harley-Davidson jet ski - Watersportscar, which is based in Miami, Florida - have long been known for building similar vessels that look like sports or exotic cars, but this one - dubbed the Series HD - looks a heck of a lot like a real Harley, or more specifically, the Fat Boy.

Thrill Ride

Aside from the fiberglass bodywork, there's even what looks like a real V-Twin engine here, but of course, it's not. Rather, this jet ski is powered by a supercharged 1,812cc Yamaha powerplant that cranks out a rather significant 250 horsepower - making it one heck of a water-based thrill ride.

Tamer Experience

For those that want a slightly tamer experience out on the water, this same machine is also offered with a naturally aspirated 1,900cc Yamaha motor as well, but we'd personally opt for the full-blown alternative.

Bring a Friend

Either way, the Series HD measures in at around 11 feet long and four feet wide, with a max weight capacity of 750 pounds, so you can likely bring a friend along for the ride, too.

Custom Tunes

The Series HD has working lights and even a Bluetooth radio, so you can crank out your choice of tunes while gliding along the water at high speed. That is, of course, if you can hear it over the sound of the roaring powerplant and its custom exhaust.

Pricey Proposition

Even better, the Series HD is available to purchase for those that want to own something cooler than the average jet ski, but it isn't cheap. The retail price of $27,000 is a bit steep, but needless to say, it's still a pretty reasonably priced way to attract attention out on the water.
