4 aluminum hose clamps and a piece of 1/4” thick bar stock later and I have this. I’ll likely mount it above the bars or make a cover that hides the clamps a bit, but this is SOLID. The 2 outer holes allows me to swap over to a pair of flags on the same bracket if I choose.
