Default Front rotors are noisy

On my 09 RKC,,when I had put on the new front tire last summer, the tech said that my rotors will need to be replaced sooner than later. He put on new pads and ever since I have been having a noises from the rotors. Kind of hard to explain, but how can I tell if rotors need replacement? The rotors are fairly smooth.

Do you hear the noise only when you apply the brake?

Rotors are replaced because they become too thin.

Some where on your rotor it is stamped with the min thickness.
