Default Both wheels and table lift

I have a table lift and a lift jack. I am planning on removing both wheels to put new wheels and tires on. What is the best way to do this so the bike doesn't become unbalanced? I might have to leave it on the table for a while and I do plan to lower the table when I am not using it.

I just used the bike jack with the ratchet straps. Got it high enough to lock it in and strapped it down.
The bike didn't move.
