Default Cleaning white walls without water?

I normally just wipe my bike down to clean it and don't use water. So is there a way to clean the white walls without using water? Something that wipes on and off?

Baby wipes, or the equivalent hand wipes women often use ...

Don't know if they have a cleaning agent in them, or a little medicinal alcohol, but they removed road dirt really well without messing them up at all.

I used a couple to clean my hands once after a breakdown on the road and, out of boredom whilst waiting on a pickup truck, rubbed my tires with them afterwards. The combination of whatever cleaner is in them and the material was really good!

Scrubbing bubbles seems to get the grime off. I spray it on, let it soak for a minute or two, scrub it with a stiff bristle brush then wipe off.

I used 0000 steel wool and windex last time I cleaned them. Worked well.
