Hello, I was curious if anyone knew if a 2008 or older RK wheel can interchange with 2009 or newer, specifically a 2011? My spokes are rusting and I found an older set of wheels. Thanks!

 

2009 in up have a larger rear tire, I believe 2008 and down have a 16 inch front tire, 2009 is a 17, 2010 and up is an 18. 2007 and down have different size bearings but that can be changed. if any of this is wrong someone will correct me,

 

Thanks, I am aware of the size and width criteria, it is the bearing, and the abs match I was curious about, your answer was helpful. The the front tire is a 17 on 2009, but my years is 16 front and back for RKC. I found a GREAT deal barely used wheel !! I appreciate your reply!!! Thanks

 

2002- 2007 had one inch bearings, 2008 and up at 25 millimeter bearing, my understanding you can put the proper bearings in and make it work. if your bike has abs you use abs bearings.
