Default Bonehead move....should I rebuild caliper?

So ive got 07 Dyna that I put 16" rims on. Im switching out the forks and in the process of disassembling the front end. When I put the rims on, I had to put the caliper over the rotor and then install brake pads. Caliper wont fit in otherwise. So in the interest of being lazy and trying to get the caliper/wheel off before I went to work, I cracked loose the two bolts that connect the two halves of the caliper (as opposed to just pulling the pads out) So when I do it starts to **** fuild through the gap. I retightened the bolts and it stopped leaking. So obviously I need to rebleed the brakes but I can only imagine that there is a thin layer of brake fluid between the two and im wondering if it will keep the brake from being completely sealed. Should I just drain it, disassemble it, clean it and reassemble or would it be ok. Bike only had 9000 miles on it so I doubt any seals are bad (as far as replacing) Did i compromise the braking by doing so?

Retighten the bolts to 28-38 ft lbs and just bleed the caliper. No need to rebuild it.
