Maximum tire size question

I have a 2002 FLHT and i just bought two new Renegade DNA Envy wheels, 21" front and 18x3.5 rear. Can anyone tell me honestly how wide of a tire I can use on this 18" rear wheel without any mods or spacer kits? Would a 140/70/18 fit? Please help. Thanks, Scott
