Default Fat Bob brake upgrade

I would like to upgrade the brakes on my 08 FXDF. Does anyone have any suggestions? I am looking for decreased stopping distance and reduced weight. Something that looks trick would be a bonus too. Cost estimates for upgrades would also be appreciated. Thanks.

There are several steps you can do. First I suggest braided hoses and after-market pads will give a worthwhile improvement. Not expensive! After that you really are on your own. High performance calipers like PM, larger diameter floating rotor, are things that can be seriously expensive. You really should do some research here and in the Dyna section.

I have Harrison Billet-6 calipers and 13" floating rotors (see pic below with Goodrich hoses), another brand to consider if you have deep pockets!
