Help. I have 18" rims on my 1999 Electra Glide Classic (16" is stock). I was running a 140/70 B 18 on the rear. They no longer make that tire. Besides that, I was told the load rating wasn't correct anyway. I can't find that size with the proper load rating. The only tire that is the same size (and only 20 lbs under the load rating) is a belted front tire. So, I have two questions; 1. Would it be ok to run a belted front tire on the rear? 2. Does anyone know if a 150mm would fit my fender, drive belt.....?? There is a 150/70 B 18 that has more than enough load rating, but will it fit?? OR, I'm not worried about using a front tire on the back that is 20lbs under rated because I don't carry a passenger, But is it ok to do that?

As I remember Avon makes a 150/70-18 rear. It's probabley a little wider than your 140 but I think it is a recommended size. It seems to be 5.8 inches according to Avons sight. I was thinking about doing the change for my 03 RK.
