Rear Tire Fitment
#2
I just wnet thru this on my heritage. I went fropm the stock dunlop 150 rear to a dunlop e-3 at 160/80/16. The 160 e-3 is about the same width inflated as the stock dunlop. I would check the specs of the tire you have verses the one you want. Look at the inflated width and height info. I got mine from Dennis kirk on-line and the site had that info. I also cut about 1/4" off the ends of the saddele bag mounting bolts that were protruding thru the fender, just as a precaution against rubbing.

If you have the later narrow drive belt (1 1/8" instead of earlier 1 1/2" wide) you should be able to get it in without problems. I have a later swingarm and 04 wheel in my Evo and it goes in a treat!
