You again. Very simple pull the spacers out of the hubs, pop the seals with a screw driver, if you really take your time prying a bit at atime you may not have to replace them, once seals art out the bearing will pull out in your hand. Don't mix the left and right side bearings up, there worn into there races.
Once you do the above mentioned clean the races out with varsol and wipe dry and do inspection. To pack the bearings put a glob of grease in the palm of your hand and push the grease into the bearing. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=agxjG...eature=related

The spacer on both sides of the hub will come right out, if they don't put a pair of vise grips or channel locks on them give them a spin and pull at the same time. Once the spacers are pulled out you will see the whole where the axle slips through, get a large flat screw driver and pry the seal off.The bearing is only hels on by the seal.

hate to hijack this thread but has anybody used that tuck bearing removal tool ? reason being i just droped 165 to have to bearings replaced (that me brining the wheel to shop) i was under the impression that the bearing had to be pressed back in didnt even think about walking it back in with a socket ? i feel like a idiot now i just assumed from reading the manual it required the press to put it in and remove it ? this is the secound wheel ive had to have bearings put in the first set my harley mechanic that was working out of his garage told me i needed the bearings and he couldnt do it because he didnt have the remover and installer tool so i just assumed
that was the way it had to be done
