Same thing here. I change my own. Line up the dot with the valve stem, and go on my way. Never balanced them, never had a problem.

Just wanted to offer an alternative.I am running a 195/60/16 achilles CT on my bike.FLHTK 2010 and balanced it with .26 gram airsoft bb's 114 per ounce 3 ounces in back tire and its awesome.2000 of these are 7$ at walmart.
