Default rear brake rubbing

I know that the pads will rub a little but recently the rear seems like its not fully releasing. If i turn the rear wheel up on the lift it doesnt spin freely but stops pretty quick. A few years back one of the front brakes was doing the same, I took it to the dealership and they "cleaned the caliper pistons". It was about 50 bucks, it worked but i don't really know what was involved. Anybody know how to do this? I like doing my own wrenching but have never dis-assembled a caliper.

You can do it per the Service Manual or Lyndall Racing Brakes has a good tech sheet on it here:

Daaaaang i feel like a doofus!! that was easy...and I paid 50 bucks to get that done!! thanks fellas, I didn't have to disassemble the caliper just sprayed cleaner and worked the pistons in and out. Already had rear wheel off replacing the rear tire so it took like 10 minutes.
