Default Installing Rear Brake Pads

I've got an '03 Fatboy. I do the basic services on it myself. I've been changing the brake pads for years and always have a heck of a time getting the rear pads installed without fighting them for about a half hour. I use the stock HD pads.

Anyone have any tips or tricks to getting these suckers to slide in a little easier?

Thanks.
