I've got 2 different sets of stock h-d floating rotors at my disposal off a friends bike. I'd like to swap my solids out for these but he's informed me that both sets pulsate, one set worse than the other. I had floaters on my sportster and they had no issues at all. I've ridden his bike and I can definately tell they pulsate it's not unbearable but it's noticeable. Is there any way to fix these or do I just have to get some new ones and toss these?

 

I had a custom floating rotor warp a few years ago. Sent it back to the manufacturer (Harrison) but they could do nothing with it. So on a test sample of one, my experience suggests new!
