Default Blue plastic stuck on new tires

What is the best way to remove that blue plastic type coating on new whitewalls? I just got my new powdercoated rims back with the new tires on and need to get that blue shrinkwrap like stuff off my tires without scractching or messing with my new rims.

Thanks, Kramer

Westley's Bleche-Wite Whitewall Cleaner, spray it on, wait a minute, rinse off with hose, repeat "If" needed. Used it when i wrenched and put new tires on to get the blue off and make white letter stand right out.

Thanks everyone...I will start with hot water then move up to Westley's. From reading this forum it seems to be the way to go.

If you have any type of aluminum wheels, make sure you immediately wash it off after using Westley's

+ 1. Make sure the Westley's stays on the tire and not the rims or spokes. Can dull and damage finish if you are not careful. Awesome for the whitewalls though.
