Default Dyna Beads

If you don't like to read the short version is they work! IMHO

I have used them in the past on imports and thought they worked just fine. Got new tires for my Road King and I just felt there was a vibration that was not there before at higher speeds.

Got the Dyna Beads standard package 1oz for front 2oz for the rear, took a few minutes and dumped them in. There was an imbalance for sure because the difference is night and day. The bike is has smooth has the it was from the factory again.

Took it up to 90 and it rode like being on glass, for some reason the difference is more noticeable on this bike maybe because it has big heavy wheels compared to my old import. I've decided that after this I think I will just add them from now on.

This is the third time I have used them they have never hurt but certainly has made things better and this time has been the most dramatic difference.

I could have went back to the dealer and complained that I thought the wheels were out of balance but figured if you can't get it right the first time I'm not going to let you touch it for a second time. They did a fine job of installing the tires maybe their tire balancing machine sucks.

BTW I left the wheel weights that were on the bike.

Lets here from others good or bad

Eric, does it not tell you to remove any WEIGHTS which might be on the RIMS after installing the BEADS?

Tis my plan to use dyna beads when I swap out to Elite III's. I do think you are supposed to remove the wheel weights though.
