Bought a 02 springer a while back and the front brake lever is hard to pull in and has weak front brakes. The pads look brand new. Took brakes off, cleaned and replaced the fluid w/ what the top of the resevoir said Dot5 and bleed brakes. Any suggestions? Looked on search, but only found info on soft brakes.
