Spoke Tension

Spoke Tension
Hey guys,
Adjusted the tension of my spokes on the front wheel on the Dyna yesterday, something I'm pretty sure the 'stealer' has never actually done at scheduled intervals. I used the tapping method and tried to get the extremely dull sounding spokes to a higher pitch.
The results were good and the wheel rolls much more true simply by tightening the dull sounding spokes, but here's the question:
One spoke simply will not tighten anymore, it is plain out of thread, and it still doesn't sound even remotely as tight as the rest... ...any ideas?
Thanks!
