Geezer tires? whats next a compound for wheel chairs Invalid tires? How about Young Buck tires a new sport tire compound.Better yet a tire with 2 compounds a long wearing center rib with soft sides for the sport rider, call it a Geezer Buck tire! Maybe that is the way to please all riders.

sounds like an alignment issue and abuse.By abuse I don't mean smoking the tire every light just riding harder than most riders do.I could get 8-10k out of the rear when I used Dunlaps.Went to Metzlers a couple of years ago and won't ever use anything else.Still about the same mileage but a much more controlled ride.Got a 200 Avon on the Sportster I just built as part of a pkg deal on the wheel. It grips pretty good but I don't think it's gonna last long though,it's real soft.G.

Yeah, I really only got 5k on my rear but I thought it would be really impressive to just lie and say I got 15k. Good grief. Do your homework and read some threads before calling people out and you'll see others with similar mileage.

My Train runs the 200 Dunlop on the rear, and I replaced the original at just over 16K...I first threw my leg over a bike in 1967 and I don't ride on unsafe tires...I've got almost 6K on the current one, and it looks great...

I just saw this with my buddies '08 Heritage Classic a week or two ago with his stock tire. He only got 4500 out of his rear tire, but I don't know what size it was. The front still looks new.
