Still have bearing sleeves in them so it looks like I will need the parts listed below after looking at the parts manual and comparing the wheels.

Front wheel parts:
5 more bolts - 3655A
Spacer - 43657-89
Spacer - 43674-95
Disc cover - 44447-92

Rear wheel looks like it will go right on after swapping everything over from my spoke one.

If anyone has anything else I am missing let me know. Will also replace bearing/races/seals before it gets a tire.

The workshop manual says that new pulley bolts should be used every time, and that's a good idea, they are under a lot of tension and failures are quite common. A new set of OEM bolts, or same size grade 8 bolts. Marked with 6 lines on the head.

Clean threads in wheel carefully, also make sure all mounting surfaces are clean and in good shape. Loctite and tighten to 65 lb ft if memory serves me right.

Went ahead and ordered the spacer kit (9923-5) and the wheel hub cap (4447-92).

Stopped by harley and both these were discontinued. So found them online, but they still were only a handful in stock from the few places that had what looked to be old/new stock.

Figure bolts and stuff would be easier to come by and didnt want to chance not being able to get these in a few months.

Will pick up some grade 8 - 7/16-14 x 1-3/4 for the sprocket at well. Should be all I need other than the bearings.

The ones in it looked good but might just order some more timkins or all ***** just to have all new.

Make sure you understand what is involved before you plunk down your money, and keep in mind, just because the seller says it will fit does not mean it will.
"just because the seller says it will fit does not mean it will" ... Yep, the first words out of the guys at the Swap Meets :<(
