Little bubbles in the tire tread

Have any of you guys ever seen this before? I’ve got little bubbles inside the tread of the tires both the front and back. Little bumps maybe the size of a spider bite. Maybe 15-20 of them total

i thought maybe but they seem random. No pattern to them. Some treads have 2 some have 1.
