Hi, could you please suggest me, what measurements of fat boy 96, front wheel can fit instead of R17-75-140? How about R17-80-130?

140 x 75% = 105mm
130 x 80% = 104 mm
Therefore the 130 is narrower and shorter
The difference is negligible
But there is no reason it won`t fit
That said: Check the manufacturers spec on the tire you have, and the tire you wish to buy as brands vary in actual dimensions

 

The 130 is 4/10 inch narrower and 1/10 shorter in height.
But some one is misleading you or changes were made by someone 1996 FB has 16 inch front The factory tire is a D402F MT90 B16 That should be the same as 130/90 B16
