Tire Pressure advice
I've been using the bikes factory tire pressure recommends or is it better for the tires to use the tire pressure recommendation for it . 2006 FXDI35 Super Glide

Pressure on the tire is ONLY recommended when at maximum load capacity of the tire.

If the tire are stock, go by the owner manual.

The pressure on the side of the tire is maximum pressure. The recommended pressure should be on the bike somewhere, and in the owner’s manual.

If you are using different tires than stock do yourself a favor and check out the manufacturers website for recommended tire pressure....Avon will differ from Dunlop and if you run them around at Dunlop pressure you are setting yourself up to be unhappy...
