Can anyone identify these wheels. I've asked everyone I know with no real answers

Default Carraige works

Thanks LQQK OUT that's definitely the one unfortunately carriage works aren't in the wheel business anymore whoch is a shame and I destroyed the rear hub. Good luck to me finding another one

That hub could easily be reproduced or possibly repaired.

Know of anyone reasonably priced 8n the Boston area that could reproduce it?

I don't . Google "Woonsocket RI machine shops" find one close and see if they can fix it or make a new one. There are a few so get multiple quotes, some one should be able to help you.
