Default Irregular Tire Wear

Sorry this isn't a Harley, but the Ducati forum is just only talking about chicken strips. So I have a new (around 800 miles) set of Pirelli Rosso II tires on and I noticed grooves that run the entire circumference of the tire. I've never noticed this on any of my other bikes. This was after a day of really pushing it in the twisties. Any input would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you!

They look like mould marks to me, part of the manufacturing process. Take a look at a new tyre if you can, just to check.

I've seen that on my latest set of tires (Bridgestone S21), usually after a track day, where the different compounds meet up but not that far down the edge of the tire. Looking on the Pirelli site, it is a bi-compound tire maybe a similar issue?

They go away if that's what it is FWIW
