Default Squeak in rear wheel

I have a 2011 Electra glide classic with nearly 70,000 miles. I have developed a squeak in the rear wheel. It does not change it stop when applying the brake and at slower speeds you can hear in make a rotation with the wheel. I am not sure where to start and thought I would ask everyone here. HELP the sound is driving me crazy!!!

Have you changed the rear tyre, or moved the rear wheel in recent times? One possibility is simply that the belt is rubbing, which can be cured by getting the wheel in alignment with the front.
