Spoke Thread Pitch
#11
I have used those gauges before but don't have any of my own. I do have some thread files but not in metric. 32 tpi seems to be right on.

Have you got a dirt bike shop, or bicycle repair shop, in the area? I might be worth a try checking to see if they have a "spoke threading tool" ( they roll the threads ).

Uncalled for...remember the "High" Road
For example...
http://www.buchananspokes.com/nipples/index.asp
.165 = #8
.175 = 4.5mm
.192 = #10
For example...
http://www.buchananspokes.com/nipples/index.asp
.165 = #8
.175 = 4.5mm
.192 = #10

On that page, the closest would be the .281 body diameter nipple and it shows an option for a 9 gauge thread size.
So maybe it is #9x32.
