Default Best Brake Pads

I recently bought a 2011 Electra Glide Classic with 60,000 miles on it and am wanting to replace all of my brake pads. Some of them do not quite need replaced, but I wanted to give the brakes a good check over and thought I would go ahead and put all new pads on. What does everyone recommend when it comes to brake pads?

Lyndall Racing Brake pads are the ****! I run thei gold pads on my FXD With hd floating rotors and the stopping power compared to stock hd pads is fantastic.

I have to agree, I use Lyndall Racing Gold brake pads, Good on rotors, no excess brake dust, and very good stopping power, as real life tested and still here to type this.

St john Lyndall has made some new black sport pads that are supposed to stop better than the gold pads!

Never heard of that. Here is a good article on that.

Are the stock Harley pads sintered? Just had new pads put on, and my brakes work great.

Just replaced rear pads on my 13 FLHX with stock pads. Somewhat surprised to see they are sintered and made by Brembo. Not my first choice, but seeing I'm getting ready for a trip I knew stock replacement will be fine.

Galfer pads work real well as do the stockers, either would be my choice.

EBC Sintered pads are the pads we stock and install unless something else is requested...
