Tyres are sized Internationally in metric - except rim diameter! There is no point changing from metric width to inches, as they aren't used any more, except for tyres for classic old vehicles. Your front tyre is 130mm wide (5.11"), with a 70% profile (sidewall height) and 17" rim diameter, your rear is 7.87" wide. If you want a different looking tread pattern, just look through the tyre brand websites for those two sizes.

Without trying to come off as sarcastic, I know what the markings on a tire mean. I went to school for automotive and worked in a tire shop for 5 years prior to my current job. I've looked quite a bit and haven't found any options for those sizes with matching tires, really. I wanted to know if there was a chart that would tell me the inches tire size so I could look at those sizes instead.

1" = 25.4mm
1mm = .03937"
130mm x .03937 = 5.1181"
200mm x .03937 = 7.874"
There...I started your chart.
Do you need the diameter also?
