I'm looking into buying a 21" wheel for my bike, I have an 83 fxe with a wideglide front end with a narrow glide dresser front fender I believe. Only because there are spacers between the forks and the fender mounts. Any input on this would be greatly apreciated before I go buying the wrong size wheel! Is it possible to stretch a tire so that it's not protruding over the rim?
