Smile Back after 5 years
Hi all, I haven't been on in 5 years. I fell off a roof and shattered both my legs, my left shoulder, left ankle and foot, and gave myself a brain bleed. Took 2 years of surgery to correct everything, then another two to get everything working right. Sold my bike in the meantime, which was a big mistake, cause now I want to ride again and am finally feel good!

So, hi again!

Need to find a way back on a bike,best therapy you can get.IMO,assuming your able.
