Hi from New Member
Hi,
I just joined this forum and am looking forward to learning a little bit and maybe passing along a little that I've already learned. I have a few bikes, a 2006 Ultra Classic, a 1968 Electraglide, and a 1947 WL (really more of a project than a bike at the moment).
The 1947 WL is what got me interested in this forum. I had searched for info regarding obtaining a title for an antique bike. My parts collection started with a clean set of WL cases about 15 years ago. Along the way I've collected quite a bit of the bike, as many of you know, these old Harleys are titled from engine case numbers. During one of my internet searches, I found that many discussions had taken place on this forum regarding that very situation. One member had posted that they had navigated the Florida statutes and were able to get a proper title for their vintage Harley (not a "bonded" title and not a "builder's" title).
Other than that, I ride the Ultra Classic when time permits and am looking forward to being part of this forum.
