Thanks for all the welcomes. I ride an 08 street bob thats been very personalized. Started out as a Boozefighters bike that was raced in Korea. Im not nearly as hard on it though. But I have plenty of info to soak up before I start getting too drastic on it. Im not a fan of the moco itself, but more the bikes themselves. I despise going to the dealer. Funny story. My dyna has a demon cycles wide glide front end. The wheel bearings are old style tapered ones. I needed a new set of wheel bearings and theyre the same part numbers as softails used when they used tapered bearings. The parts girl and the mechanics all accused me of tearing apart the sealed bearings. I told them it was an aftermarket front end and those are not sealed bearings, but older style timken tapered bearings, the same ones that go in 90's softails. It was like I was speaking a foreign language. I ended up finding the right bearings at my local o'reilleys auto parts.
