New guy '14 FLHX
Hello all,
Just joined the forum today and wanted to say hello. I just bought a 2014 Street Glide FLHX (Big Blue Pearl) 2 weeks ago. I have only been able to ride her twice due to the cold weather here in Kansas City, MO. I have 103 miles on her as she sits in the garage. I upgraded from a 2013 Sportster 1200C. I'm 29 (at least until May lol) and I've been riding street bikes since I was 18. I started with sportbikes (ninjas) and even had a 2005 Buell Lightning that I loved. My knee isn't what it used to be and I wanted to relax a little more in comfort. Since 2012 I have been yearning for a FLHX to go riding with my dad and his 2003 100th Anni Wide Glide. I don't have any upgrades to speak of yet, just a backrest for my girlfriend, although I have tons in mind for it. Hopefully my experience here will be full of good conversation, good pics, and informative research on upgrades.
