New Lady in Nashville!

Hey there Sassy!
Welcome to Nashville. Yes, this forum will help you learn alot. It helped me with my choice of Harley and with recommended upgrades.
Are you living around the Franklin / Cool Springs area?
I'm just south of there a little and take my Heritage to Cool Springs for service, so I'll probably be seeing there in the next couple of months.
If you are a rider you will love the backroads around here!

I don't ride yet, Houston wasn't somewhere I was interested in being on the roads on a motorcycle, but as soon as it warms up I'd definitely like to! I'm looking forward to learning.

I'm actually living by the airport right now, but I plan on moving within the next few months. Definitely pop in and say hey sometime!

Be sure to take the riders course(s) - should be available from you dealer.
And ask every single question that you think of. Better to get answers to those questions in a class, or from other riders at work, BEFORE you need the answers while doing 50 MPH down the road.
Welcome again to Tennessee Sassy!

Welcome to the forum and the area from Brentwood. We have several pretty good dealers in the area. I know Cool Springs does the Rider Course over in the adjacent mall parking lot frequently so maybe they will work you in. See you around and maybe join some of the ride groups once you get a little seat time.

Sasshole, Not encouraging it but you appear to be a bit younger than some of the HD crowd and wanted to let you know there is a very active Facebook group in Nashville named Nashville Area Motorcycle Riders. Its predomenantly younger sport bike riders but does include some cruiser riders. May want to check it out for a broader view of bike community.
