Just wanted to introduce myself, I finally got back into a Harley after 20+ years of screwing around with other brands. My last harley was a 1970's sporster that had the right hand shift...downshifted through a few stop signs on that one. Currently I recently purchased a 2001 Road King Classic, my username was supposed to be FLHRCI...but I had dislexia that day apparently.
I am excited to put some miles on this ride, I have owned over 50 bikes, mostly crap that broke, but so far the ride quality and feel is the best I have ever felt with this bike. I bought it in early November so I only have about 200 miles on it, but as soon as the weather clears it will be getting lots of use.
If anyone is in the Toledo area, I would love to get some rides set up, I am new to this area and do not know all the great bike roads yet.
