Not New but Newly Active from Northern Utah
Hello, my name is Mike and I am not completely new here as I joined back in July of 2012 but have not been very active.
I have been on motorcycles from an early age (mostly dirt bikes) and got into street bikes around the early 90's after getting married, mainly just as fixxer uppers to commute back and forth to work on as my wife really had no interest in riding them. I am a mechanic by trade and love most things with an engine, especially motorcycles. I have owned mostly metric cruisers with a few others tossed in there for good measure.
My wife and I have been into snowmobiles and sand duning most of our 24+ years of marriage but within the last several years after my son graduated high school and started riding we have gotten more into riding ourselves as a couple and family.
We are not the typical "bikers" but we are true motorcycle enthusiasts. We work on bikes as a family in our small shop at home and enjoy riding as a family every chance we get.
I enjoy communicating with others on the forum about Harleys and look forward to getting to know more of you.
Mike.
